Public Display

Through educational demonstrations, static displays, lectures and simulated combat, we as a unit try to educate the public about the 2nd Ranger Battalions part in this extraordinary global conflict. It is only through dedication, research and accurate portrayal can this goal be achieved. Any less than our very best effort is doing a dishonor to the real men of the 2nd Ranger Battalion and all veterans of the Second World War.

It is their memory we hold dear and their incredible bravery and sacrifice that we remember.

Tactical Combat

Tactical combat simulation is an important part of this pastime and the 2nd Rangers are up to the task. The best way to succeed in combat is to work as a team and the 2nd Rangers do just that. By using period combat tactics, hand signals, patrol formations, etc, the unit learns to work together and in turn gives the members a sense camaraderie and unit cohesion.

It is our job as a unit to support the other allied personnel of the NWHA in this simulated combat and do our best to utilize our knowledge and abilities to both our advantage, and theirs. Only through teamwork with others can victory be won.
